Being a market leader in semiconductor devices distribution business, with specialty in System-on-chip ICs (Microprocessors, MPEG video chips, Baseband processors, etc) and memory chips we are the authorized commercial agent and technical representative of global brands such as Fujitsu and Spansion in mainland China and Hong Kong. Our History

Two founders in MIC were joined together enthusiastically in 1994 to start the business on trading electronics components and providing design services. With their leadership and solid foundation of market intelligence and technical competence respectively, this startup business evolves to a famous and professional organization in electronics industry today.

1994年MIC公司由两位创办人共同设立。主要从事电子元器件的贸易和技术支持工作。卓越的领导、敏锐的市场洞察力和深厚的技术背景，使得今天的MIC已经成为一个在电子业界享有盛名的专业代理商。

Mr Wong is a semiconductor industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in key positions to manage, startup and lead product development and marketing teams for local design house, distribution business and silicon valley hi-tech company. With Wong's leadership and market intelligence, he had successfully nurtured a virtually zero equity company to multi-million business. Mr Wong has strong entrepreneur acumen and a BEng degree in electronics, the perfect twin gears to succeed in technology based business.

Mr Hung is an expert in complex embedded system design with over 16 years of experience in developing innovative electronic products and managing hi-tech engineering teams in successful startups. Before devoting his career in technology leadership and management, Mr Hung had in-depth working experiences and knowledges of MPEG video, wireless communication and mobile devices. He is also keen on software engineering and taught a same course at local university in his spare time. Mr Hung earned his electrical and electronics engineering degree from The University of Hong Kong.

1994	MIC started up with design services, involving MCU/DSP based embedded system design such as feature-phone, digital answering machine, etc. MIC成立。主要是运用MCU/DSP开发嵌入式应用产品，如多功能电话、BB机等。
1995	With vision on compressed video putting on CD, MIC focused the efforts on developing and marketing VCD and DVD products, we were among the first-tier players in this arena and became well known by our video player products 准确地预测到CD的下一代产品是音视频结合，MIC集中在VCD和DVD产品和市场的开发，成为行业倡导者之一，并在行业获得很高的知名度。
1997	MIC cooperated with Silicon Valley fabless MPEG SOC semiconductor company, LuxSonor, to design and market video player solution with their chipsets, successfully brought LuxSonor solutions into major Chinese customers and make them one of the famous vendors in MPEG chip business. MIC与硅谷MPEG SOC半导体公司LuxSonor合作，采用LuxSonor的芯片开发视频产品，并成功将LuxSonor引入到中国市场，并使LuxSonor成为著名的MPEG芯片供应商之一。
2000	MIC expanded into memory chip distribution business, with focus on consumer electronics products and industry. In only a few years of aggressive business penetration, MIC became a major player in memory chip distribution business with significant market share. MIC跻身存储器代理商行列，专注于消费类电子产品行业。经过短短几年的努力，MIC成为存储器行业主要代理商之一，并赢得较大的市场份额。
2004	MIC acquired the authorized distributorships of Fujitsu Microelectronics, as well as the Unversal Programmer Leader, Advantech Equipment, with their Labtools products. MIC获得富士通微电子和研仪公司Labtools系列烧录器的授权代理。
2005	With rapid business expansion and increasing number of satisfied customers, MIC started operations in Shenzhen to continue our commitment to provide better customer support, logistic services and design solutions. 随着公司业务的扩大和客户群的增长，MIC在深圳设立代表处，以便更好地为客户提供的术支持、后勤服务和最佳设计方案。
2006	MIC's Sales and Technical Support team in Shenzhen was expanded in line with the growth of Spansion product line businesses. Also, a plan is conducting to expanded the geographical coverage to Shanghai in order to cope with our persistent growing business. 随着Spansion产品线的扩大，MIC增强了深圳代表处的销售和技术支持团队。为了配合华东地区客户持续稳定的发展，并能及时提供本地化快捷全面的服务，上海代表处正在筹建中。
